Initial Design Brief Meeting

Our process begins with an initial meeting to discuss your design brief. At this point we will brainstorm some concepts and sketch up some floor plans, so please feel free to bring along any images or vision boards. We will also take this opportunity to get to know you and your lifestyle and ensure that your designs align with your budget.

Concept Design

After the design brief meeting, we will prepare a concept design for you to review. Here we will review the concept collaboratively and ensure you are entirely satisfied with the design.

Budget Estimate

Following your approval of concept design, we will move into preparing a budget estimate based on the scope of the project, specifications and finishes.

Documentation

Once the budget estimate has been finalised we move onto the documentation stage. A preliminary agreement will be presented to you which includes the preparation of building engineering plans, soil reports and final contract specifications.

The Contract

Once you’re comfortable with the proposed plan and documents, we’ll guide you through the contract and ensure you understand every aspect. At this point, you’ll be aware of how long your build will take, interior finishes, documentation, and the warranty process.

Construction

When Onsite Construction begins, you’ll receive an email from our team with a link to the live builder portal. This portal will allow you to keep track of the progress of your build from week to week, as well as provide a convenient way to communicate easily with your project manager and schedule site progress meetings.

Handover

Congratulations! You’re (almost) ready to step inside your new home. Once the building work has been completed, your builder will carry out a thorough defect walkthrough with you to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the finish. Afterwards, a final invoice and certificate of completion will be provided and then you’ll be ready to move in!

Aftercare

We don't stop at handover, your online portal will remain open for any further communication or documentation access as well as lodgement of any defects or warranty claims (if any).
